How my Business is Built

Licensed in 1996, I took my skills as a craftsman and the relationships I had built with a network of Sacramento’s best construction professionals to the next level and became a full service contractor. I’m proud to say that almost all of the business I have achieved since has been a result of excellent word of mouth. Though I cannot speak for my customers, I know that I strive to provide not just a top notch product, but a process that is comfortable and transparent to the clients I work with. I take enormous pride in my workmanship, but beyond that, I take great care to communicate the customer’s requirements and desires to those that I work with, ensuring that everyone involved in a project is on the same page. Working to maintain and build quality relationships with my customers and those that I work with builds an environment with clear paths of communication between all the parties involved in a project, and is the only way to ensure success on any contracting job.

The Process

Just as every customer’s project is unique, so is the process for each customer. Your process will be tailored to your needs. An initial consultation and estimate is always provided free of charge. During the consultation, bring us your design ideas and your basic vision for your project, or if you’ve been working with an architect or designer, provide us on overview of the plans they have worked on with you. We will measure, assess required materials, discuss your needs, work out a time frame, and provide you a basic framework for how your project will be completed and prepare you for any inconveniences that might result from the construction. Within a couple days, you will be provided with an estimate and we can discuss any modifications or enhancements. Construction will begin as your time frame dictates. During construction, we will always strive to be considerate of your needs and make our presence in your home as comfortable as possible. We will keep you informed of any issues that arise and respond to your needs if you see any issues that need to be addressed during the construction process. Upon completion of a project, we will perform a quality inspection along with you, ensuring everything meets or exceeds your expectations. A project is not complete until you are satisfied.
